We sell the Retro Ultra handheld game console in the colors and storage sizes shown on the site. It is an independent, retro-style device with built-in emulators. Product photos are for illustration, and small differences in color or on-screen content can occur.
Pricing and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page.
- Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We may cancel and refund an order if we suspect fraud or if a pricing or stock error occurred.

Software and game content

Use only the supplied or a compatible charger and follow normal safety practice for devices with lithium batteries. Do not open, puncture or expose the battery to heat.
Warranty and liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Subject to that, the products are provided as described on the site, our responsibility for defective items is the replacement or refund described on the Shipping & Returns page, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
